Brokerage, he has been one of the top consistent Commission Earning agents for 2004, 2005, and 2006 in the London and St. Thomas Real Estate Board, with over 1400 licensed Realtors.

He has earned respected accreditations from recognized institutions making him one of the leading experts in Real Estate today.  Boyd is a licensed and registered Mortgage Broker from the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.  He has also achieved his Real Estate Broker's license from the Real Estate Council of Ontario, and is registered under The Real Estate and Business Brokers Act.
 

Boyd has specialized training from his 23 years at Wajax Industries Limited, a national equipment manufacturer and distribution company. Personal History

Having lived in Byron, London for 29 years, Boyd is very active in the community, raising money for local charities, churches, schools, & sports teams. He was raised in Toronto, attending George Vanier High School, and then continued his education at Seneca College studying Marketing & Business Administration.
He has been married for 28 years to his beautiful wife Cathy, a registered nurse, and also a licensed realtor. They are the proud parents of two wonderful children, Ryan, 25 years old, a recent 2005 graduate of The University of Toronto, and Liane, 21 years old, a student attending Ryerson University, studying nursing sciences. They are also still active in sports, playing at varsity levels.
